About Claire Armitage
Claire’s work is about capturing a sense of place and exploring our complex interconnectivity with the natural world.
Working from her studio in West Cornwall, Claire draws inspiration from the surrounding landscape, flora and fauna. Her artwork begins with observation and drawing, developing into richly layered prints, illustrations and textiles that explore the beauty, character and interconnectedness of the natural world.
