Blackbird Fields Of Gold Murmuration giclee Printed Greetings Cards

This greeting card is a high quality reproduction from an original limited edition lino print. I have taken inspiration from Blackbirds and ivy against the silhouettes of winter trees.  I gain a deep sense of place by revisiting the same locations to draw and paint from direct observation, exploring the colours and fauna as they change with the seasons and time of day.  Back in my studio I create detailed botanical studies of the plants I’ve collected.  Gradually I develop the compositions and colours for my prints, often layering the minutia of nature within larger landscapes.

My Giclee printed greeting cards are printed in Cornwall onto 100% recycled paper. Each card measures 15cm by 15cm and comes presented in compostable protective clear sleeves with an envelope.
